Paid training is provided to help you master all necessary skills. Responsibilities Safely clean exterior and interior windows of high-rise buildings using rope access, scaffolding, or scissor lifts. Utilize pressure washers designed for window cleaning to remove dirt, grime, and environmental buildup effectively. Perform storefront window cleaning to enhance business visibility and attract customers. Use traditional squeegee methods alongside modern cleaning equipment to achieve streak-free results. Operate specialized tools such as skylight cleaners, ladder systems, and pressure washers while adhering strictly to safety protocols. Conduct cleaning of residential windows, including balconies and outdoor glass features, ensuring customer satisfaction. Follow all safety procedures including Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) use during outdoor work at heights. Maintain and inspect cleaning equipment regularly to ensure optimal performance. Communicate professionally with clients to understand their needs and provide excellent customer service. Complete detailed logs of work performed, safety checks, and equipment used during each shift. Experience Prior experience in window cleaning or custodial services is highly preferred. Demonstrated ability to work safely at heights using rope access techniques or scaffolding. Experience operating pressure washers, scissor lifts, ladders, and other cleaning equipment. Knowledge of safety protocols related to high-rise building maintenance and outdoor work environments. Familiarity with skylight cleaning and high-rise building window maintenance is a plus. Strong customer service skills with a professional attitude when interacting with clients. Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety standards consistently.
