JANITORIAL CLEANER - CONSTRUCTION FINAL CLEANING
Crystal Clean Housekeeping & Janitorial Services LLC is looking for a dependable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Janitorial Cleaner to join our team. This position is ideal for someone who has previous experience with commercial janitorial services, construction cleaning, final cleaning, post-construction cleaning, or similar detailed cleaning work. The ideal candidate must have extreme attention to detail and take pride in delivering a clean, finished, and professional space. Our construction cleaning projects require cleaners who can identify areas that need additional attention and understand that final cleaning is more detailed than routine janitorial cleaning.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Performing detailed final cleaning and post-construction cleaning of commercial and residential properties Removing construction dust, dirt, debris, and residue from surfaces Dusting and wiping down walls, doors, frames, trim, baseboards, ledges, counters, cabinets, and other surfaces Cleaning and wiping windows, glass, mirrors, and glass doors Cleaning and detailing restrooms, including toilets, sinks, countertops, partitions, fixtures, mirrors, and floors Sweeping, vacuuming, and mopping floors using the appropriate equipment and cleaning methods Removing trash, construction debris, and other waste and placing materials in designated disposal areas Cleaning floors and removing dust, dirt, adhesive residue, and other construction-related debris Wiping down appliances, fixtures, cabinets, shelving, and installed equipment Cleaning kitchens, breakrooms, offices, common areas, hallways, stairways, and other assigned areas Detail cleaning corners, edges, cracks, crevices, and areas that are easily overlooked Removing fingerprints, smudges, dust, marks, and other visible imperfections Cleaning high and low areas as assigned Using ladders or other approved equipment when necessary and when properly trained Maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies in a clean and organized condition Following company cleaning procedures, safety requirements, and instructions from supervisors Completing assigned work within established project deadlines Performing touch-up cleaning when additional areas are identified during final inspections Working as part of a team to complete construction cleaning projects efficiently and to a high standard
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Previous janitorial, commercial cleaning, construction cleaning, final cleaning, or post-construction cleaning experience is strongly preferred. EXPERIENCE WITH FINAL CLEANING
Final cleaning experience is highly preferred because construction projects require a different level of detail than standard janitorial cleaning. Our cleaners must be able to recognize areas that may appear clean at first glance but still require additional detailing before the space is ready for client turnover. A successful cleaner should have the ability to look beyond the obvious and pay attention to details such as corners, edges, baseboards, door frames, hardware, glass, fixtures, cabinets, floors, ledges, and other areas where construction dust and debris may collect.

Employees are expected to complete their assigned areas thoroughly and not simply rush through the cleaning process. Every project must be completed with attention to detail, professionalism, cleanliness, and readiness for final inspection. Employees may be required to return to areas for touch-up cleaning if they do not meet company quality standards. This is a hands-on position for someone who is willing to work hard, pay attention to the details, and take pride in leaving each project looking clean, finished, and ready for occupancy or turnover.
Pay:
$30.00 per hour Expected hours: No more than 12.0 per week
