Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

We are currently seeking an energetic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Janitor. The ideal candidate for this position is detail-oriented, flexible and willing to take on non-routine cleaning and special projects as the need arises. Applicant will be mainly responsible for Performing routine general clean up of all areas of the building as directed such as mopping, sweeping, vacuuming, and sanitizing multiple rooms in our facility including but not limited to the front lobby, full size gym, multiple bathrooms, kitchen area, and multiple invidual classrooms. ensuring all rooms are maintained and fully equipped with paper towels, hand soap, toilet paper, etc. Removing garbage and recycling daily and prepare bins for weekly pick-up. Completing non-routine cleaning according to specified job orders. Handling emergency cleaning and upkeep requests Applicant must also be: Physically capable of lifting and moving objects up to 30 pounds as necessary Able to work well under minimal supervision Willing to work early morning or late night shifts Capable to take direction Strong at paying attention to detail Hours are routinely M-F 6pm tp 10pm but we can work with alternate time frames if necessary. Pay is minimum wage. Duties will be performed after Club hours therefore contact with others will be extremely minimal, if at all. Must be 18+
