A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Tacoma, WA Pay:

$21.00 per hour Are you dependable, hardworking, and looking to build a career in the restoration industry? We are hiring Content Cleaners to help restore customers' belongings after fire, water, and smoke damage. Previous restoration or content cleaning experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.

Responsibilities:

Pack, inventory, clean, and restore customers' belongings after fire or water damage Carefully handle furniture, electronics, artwork, and household items Assist with moving, loading, and unloading contents Clean and organize work areas and storage facilities Follow safety procedures and company standards Work as part of a team

Qualifications:

Restoration or content cleaning experience preferred, but not required Reliable transportation to report to work in the Tacoma area Ability to lift 20 pounds and perform physical work throughout the day Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Positive attitude and willingness to learn Ability to work overtime as needed, including occasional extended shifts
