This Job is at NIGHT cleaning restaurants. 7 nights per week, just 2-4 hours per night.

Consistent attendance is a must. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities (ie. offices, homes, restaurants, etc.), ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail,
flexible schedule
and the ability to perform a variety of cleaning tasks efficiently.

Duties Perform routine custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Conduct floor care activities such as buffing and waxing to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Carry out facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are well-kept and functional. Engage in commercial and industrial cleaning practices to uphold hygiene standards in various settings. Assist with residential painting as needed to enhance the appearance of facilities. Maintain cleanliness in restrooms, break rooms, and common areas by restocking supplies and ensuring proper sanitation. Respond promptly to cleaning requests from staff or management, ensuring timely resolution of issues. Monitor cleaning supplies inventory and report any shortages or needs for replenishment. Requirements Proven experience in custodial or janitorial roles is preferred but

not required

•. Familiarity with commercial cleaning products and equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 pounds and standing for extended periods. STRONG attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards. Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. $2,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
