Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

GleamTeam Cleaning is hiring W-2 house cleaners in Tacoma, Olympia, Port Orchard, Gig Harbor, Bremerton, and Poulsbo. Pay & perks Paid trial clean at $18/hr, then $20/hr the moment you qualify — no waiting period, W-2 employee, taxes withheld, weekly direct deposit $0.44/mile drive-time pay between jobs, $5 zero-distance bonus per job, tolls reimbursed Paid sick leave starting day one PTO accrual + 7 paid holidays starting at 90 days We pay for your background check Daytime hours — most cleaners done by 4-5 pm What you'll do Clean residential homes to a checklist standard Follow a set route using our scheduling app (BookingKoala) Drive your own vehicle between jobs (supplies provided) What you bring Prior residential cleaning experience (professional preferred) Reliable vehicle, valid WA driver's license, current auto insurance Smartphone for the scheduling app Willingness to pass a background check (we pay for it) Enough English to follow checklists and message customers This is ongoing W-2 employment, not a one-off gig.
