You can't be afraid of heights, because we get to enjoy some incredible views! Entry-level positions (no experience) can earn up to $30k year, with room to grow. Otherwise, wages are determined by experience, abilities, and efficiency. Job experiences as a restaurant server, bartender, hotel banquet, construction, or landscaper can be helpful for this position. We are spend a good portion of our days outside in all seasons. Ladder work is a requirement of the job. Experience and/or the ability to carry and climb ladder are needed.

Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and efficiency. No prior experience is required, as training will be provided.
