Part-time Position Overview Modus Cleaning is hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Team Leader to help maintain a professional commercial facility in Juneau, Wisconsin. This is a hands-on cleaning position with light leadership responsibilities. The Team Leader will complete assigned cleaning tasks while helping guide another cleaning team member, ensuring the facility is cleaned correctly, efficiently, and according to Modus Cleaning standards. The ideal candidate is reliable, takes pride in their work, communicates well, and can work independently without needing constant supervision. Primary Responsibilities Complete scheduled commercial cleaning tasks according to the site checklist Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, offices, common areas, and other assigned spaces Vacuum, sweep, mop, and maintain floors Empty trash and recycling containers and replace liners Dust and wipe down surfaces, fixtures, and high-touch areas Help direct and support another cleaning team member during the shift Ensure tasks are divided efficiently and completed within the scheduled time Perform a final walkthrough before leaving the facility Identify and correct missed trash, streaks, incomplete tasks, or other quality concerns Monitor cleaning supplies and report low inventory or equipment problems Communicate access issues, damage, safety concerns, or unusual conditions to management Accurately clock in and out and submit required shift notes or checklists Follow all client security, safety, and building-access procedures Schedule This position generally consists of two shifts per week , with each shift lasting approximately 4-5 hours .
The expected schedule is:
Tuesday evening One additional shift on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday Exact start times and the second weekly workday will be discussed during the hiring process. Candidates should have dependable availability and be able to maintain a consistent weekly schedule.
