Wash Force LLC is a fast-growing exterior cleaning company based in Marshfield, WI—and we're looking to add a Washing Technician to our team. This is a part-time position to start , with the clear opportunity to grow into a full-time lead role running your own truck . What You'll Be Doing:

Exterior cleaning (house washing, roof cleaning, window cleaning, driveways, patios, etc.) Operating professional-grade equipment (pressure washers, soft wash systems, water-fed poles—we'll train you) Climbing ladders and working from rooftops safely Providing high-quality, reliable service on every job Maintaining a clean, organized work environment Representing Wash Force with professionalism, integrity, and a great attitude

What We're Looking For:

Reliable, coachable, and self-motivated Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and working on your feet all day Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions Valid driver's license required Experience in pressure washing, landscaping, construction, or trades is a plus—but not required Willing to learn and grow into more responsibility

Pay & Schedule:

$17-$20+ per hour, depending on experience and performance Part-time to start: 15-25 hours per week Flexible scheduling Opportunity to move into a full-time Lead Tech position within 1-3 months Paid training provided All equipment and uniforms supplied Why Work with Wash Force?
