A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description

Are you looking for a part-time flexible job? Plastic Ingenuity - Mazomanie has a janitorial position that is available Monday - Friday starting at 4 pm each night. This position will be between 20-25 hrs a week. Compensation is $19.15, plus $2.00 shift differential. The janitorial job is designed to assist the company and its team members and provide a higher level of service to our customers by maintaining a plant that is clean, sanitary, attractive, and pleasant. Accountable for:

Perform cleaning tasks as assigned. Follow all safety rules and practices of the company. Take pride in creating a work environment that is as clean and attractive as possible. Follow good manufacturing practices to ensure product safety. Perform such other tasks as may be assigned.

Physical Demands:

Frequent lifting of 15-25 lbs. Occasional lifting to 50 lbs. Occasional Repetitious tasks with upper extremities. Prolonged periods of standing on concrete floor. Attention to detail.
