Cleaner / Custodian

Our business is growing, and we are looking for people to grow with us. We have immediate positions for cleaners. Some but not all duties include: Clean and polish furniture and fixtures. Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming. Clean windows, glass partitions, or mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, or squeegees. Dust furniture, walls, machines, or equipment. Gather and empty trash. Monitor building security and safety by performing tasks such as locking doors after operating hours or checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. Keep supplies and equipment clean and organized. Service, clean, or supply restrooms. Reset conference and training area furniture as needed. Positions start at $15.00 / hour depending upon experience. Must be able to work unsupervised and on occasion with other crew members. Must be able to take direction and feedback. Must be able to perform all physical aspects of the position. Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods of time. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. No experience no necessary, but desired. Must have reliable transportation. These locations are on a bus line. These positions start at 4pm or 8 pm. Criminal background check is required.
