Responsibilities Clean and maintain the entire building, including restrooms, sanctuary, offices, common areas, hallways, program spaces, and other facility areas. Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, sanitize, and empty trash and recycling. Clean and sanitize high-use areas, including showers and restrooms. Be onsite during Lunch at Olga's and other programs to address spills, food messes, and other cleaning needs. Assist with cleaning before and after events and building activities. Monitor cleaning supplies and notify the Operations Manager when supplies need to be replenished. Report maintenance or facility concerns to the Operations Manager. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for staff, volunteers, guests, and community members. Qualifications Previous professional janitorial, custodial, housekeeping, or commercial cleaning experience preferred but not required. Reliable and dependable. Able to work independently. Comfortable working in a busy, high-traffic community facility. Able to perform physical tasks such as standing, bending, lifting, and moving cleaning equipment and supplies. Respectful and professional when interacting with community members, staff, and volunteers.

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour Expected hours: 15.0 - 20.0 per week People with a criminal record are encouraged to apply
