Job Overview We are seeking a diligent and dependable Janitorial Worker- Floater to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards across multiple facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for staff and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong custodial skills, experience with cleaning equipment and chemical agents, and a commitment to safety protocols. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the upkeep of high-traffic commercial spaces through efficient cleaning practices and maintenance.

THIS IS A FIRST SHIFT POSITION

(6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) Must have flexible availability and be willing to work on-call hours based on operational needs.

THIS IS AN ON-CALL POSITION- 0-40 HOURS/WEEK

•Duties Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and trash removal to maintain cleanliness standards. Handle industrial cleaning duties in various settings, ensuring compliance with safety protocols. Operate cleaning equipment safely and efficiently while adhering to established procedures. Maintain cleaning supplies inventory and notify management of supply needs. Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs or hazards identified during cleaning routines. Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations. Experience Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings. Knowledge of chemical handling safety procedures and safe lifting practices. Experience with facilities maintenance or general custodial duties preferred. Strong customer service skills to interact professionally with staff and visitors. Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely while maintaining efficiency. Demonstrated understanding of safety protocol adherence in a custodial environment. This position is essential for maintaining clean, safe, and welcoming environments across our client facilities. $16.00 per hour
