Duties Perform thorough cleaning of surfaces, floors, carpets, and upholstery using appropriate cleaning detergents and equipment. Implement cleaning and sanitation procedures to ensure compliance with health standards. Conduct laundry tasks including washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or clothing as needed. Maintain cleanliness of kitchens by cleaning surfaces, appliances, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed. Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting of furniture or equipment safely and efficiently. Manage outdoor cleaning duties including sweeping walkways, cleaning outdoor furniture, and maintaining exterior spaces. Communicate effectively with clients regarding specific cleaning needs or special requests to ensure complete satisfaction. Utilize janitorial equipment properly to maximize efficiency and safety during cleaning routines. Support housekeeping management by organizing supplies and ensuring timely completion of daily tasks. Follow all health and safety guidelines related to cleaning chemicals and manual handling to prevent accidents or injuries. Experience Prior experience in residential or commercial cleaning environments is highly desirable. Knowledge of cleaning surfaces, floor care techniques, carpet cleaning, and sanitation standards is essential. Familiarity with the use of various cleaning equipment such as vacuums, buffers, steam cleaners, and dusters. Experience in laundry services or housekeeping management is a plus. Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while completing multiple tasks efficiently. Outdoor work experience is beneficial for handling exterior cleaning duties confidently. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients about their expectations and needs.
