A Janitor or Cleaner provides cleaning and basic maintenance in buildings such as schools, offices, stores, hospitals or hotels. Cleans and polishes floors, removes trash, vacuums carpets, washes windows, cleans bathrooms, stocks building supplies such as light bulbs and paper towels and performs minor repairs as needed. Holds keys for rooms and building entrances and locks or unlocks them as needed.

Job Description
Looking for a consistent night shift where you can work primarily independently, listen to your music and clean? Right Shine Janitorial LLC has been providing professional commercial cleaning services throughout Northern and Central Wisconsin since 2007. We're looking for a dependable, detail-oriented Night Commercial Cleaner assigned to one location.
Schedule:
M-F 9pm-2am Why You'll Enjoy Working With Us- Consistent Monday-Friday schedule with flexibility
- some facility closures off/flexible
- One assigned work location
- Independent work environment with minimal interruptions and can listen to your music (ear buds)
- Stable, year-round employment with time off during closures or option to perform project cleaning

- Occasional weekend work may be available, but it is rare What You'll Do
- Vacuum, sweep, mop, and sanitize floors and surfaces
- Clean educational rooms, restrooms, offices, break rooms, and common areas
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Perform floor care, and assist with periodic floor stripping and waxing a couple of times a year along with projects and perform deep cleaning three times per year.
- Monitor cleaning supplies and tell supervisor when items need to be replenished
- Report maintenance or safety concerns if noticed
- Follow cleaning procedures to maintain a safe, healthy environment Qualifications
- Previous commercial cleaning or janitorial experience preferred, but we're willing to train the right person
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Able to work independently and manage your time effectively
- Attention to detail and pride in your work
