River Falls School District is seeking a candidate to serve as Lead Custodian at Meyer Middle School. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: assigned work or projects inside and outside of the school district building, including maintenance and upkeep, maintenance and improvements of district grounds and properties, and maintaining records of maintenance and projects as needed. A general understanding of building cleaning and basic operations is preferred, but will train. The ideal candidate will have experience in custodial and maintenance tasks and a demonstrated ability to lead custodial team members while exhibiting exceptional customer service. The position is full-time 40 hours per week and 2080 per year. The regular hours are (6 am to 2:30pm). The rate of is $23.62 per hour. Overtime and shift change may be required to meet district needs as determined by the Director of Buildings and Grounds.
