Conduct janitorial duties including trash removal, dusting, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning to uphold cleanliness standards. Assist with laundry services such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing linens or uniforms as needed. Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly to requests for cleaning or maintenance assistance from staff or clients. Support residential or commercial cleaning projects by following detailed cleaning checklists and safety procedures. Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are properly stored, maintained, and replenished for efficient operations. Qualifications Proven custodial or janitorial experience in commercial, residential, or hospitality settings. Knowledge of cleaning techniques including floor care, carpet cleaning, sanitation practices, and laundry procedures. Experience with hotel housekeeping management or residential cleaning is a plus. Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow instructions precisely. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional attitude. Ability to work independently or as part of a team in fast-paced environments. Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
