Full-Time Evening Project Team Member Location:
Charleston, WV Schedule:
Monday•Friday, 4:00 PM•Midnight (Full-Time)
Pay Rate:
$14.00 / hour
Reports To:
Area Manager About the Role Looking for a role where no two days are the same? As a Project Team Member , your workday will always bring something new. Whether you're covering an open site, filling in for a team member on vacation, or helping launch a brand-new account, you'll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly. Position Summary The Project Crew Member is responsible for cleaning assigned accounts, supporting open sites, assisting with new account startups, delivering supplies, and completing other special projects as assigned.
Key Responsibilities Account Cleanliness & Quality:
Oversee and execute custodial duties for assigned accounts while maintaining high standards of safety, cleanliness, and efficiency.
Team Coverage:
Fill in for absent cleaners across various sites as needed.
Special Projects & Supplies:
Support new account startups, deliver supplies, and complete site-specific tasks.
Communication & Collaboration:
Maintain positive, professional relationships with team members, management, clients, and site visitors.
Qualifications & Preferred Experience Education:
High school diploma, trade school completion, or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
Floor Care Knowledge:
Experience with or knowledge of proper procedures for cleaning and maintaining floors.
Experience:
Prior experience as a custodian or commercial cleaner preferred.
Interpersonal Skills:
Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with managers, teammates, and clients.
