$15.00 / hour

40 hours/week, Monday•Friday (6:30 AM•2:00 PM)

Eligible after 60 days of employment Job Description We are seeking a reliable, experienced, and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at our Mineral Wells location. Responsibilities Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors. Gather and empty trash and recycling containers. Clean and sanitize restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas. Dust fixtures, wipe down surfaces, and maintain overall facility cleanliness. Operate standard cleaning equipment safely and report maintenance issues as needed. Qualifications Strong work ethic, hard-working, and highly detail oriented. Prior experience with commercial cleaning supplies and equipment preferred. Customer service mindset with a positive, can-do attitude. Valid driver's license and/or reliable transportation to and from the worksite. Requirements Must pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
