Responsibilities Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and safety standards, ensuring quality and consistency. Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Manage customer orders with enthusiasm, upselling menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace by regularly cleaning kitchen equipment, dining areas, and food handling stations. Handle cash register operations, process cash transactions, and give accurate change while adhering to cash handling procedures. Support food safety protocols by following proper sanitation practices, food handling guidelines, and sanitation standards. Assist with bussing tables, serving guests promptly, and ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurant environments is highly preferred. Familiarity with food preparation techniques and operating kitchen equipment is advantageous. Experience using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy periods. Demonstrated ability in customer service roles with excellent communication skills. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations.
