Responsibilities:

Prepare and bake a variety of desserts and pastries Supervise morning operations through breakfast service Working \baker's\ hours, approximately 3am-11am Operate kitchen equipment required for position Prepare foods/pastries according to recipe guidelines and standards Collaborate with a talented team of culinary professionals

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years relevant/supervisory experience Ability to work under pressure with focus on timeliness Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 40 lbs.
