Responsibilities Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure timely service. Monitor food quality and presentation before serving to guests. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding order modifications or special requests. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and service areas. Monitor the flow of service to ensure efficient timing and guest satisfaction. Support team members during peak hours to enhance overall efficiency. Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism. Contribute to a positive team environment through collaboration and support. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant environment (preferred but not required). Strong communication and teamwork skills to coordinate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards. Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask. Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional guest experiences. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
