Responsibilities:
- Wash, cut, and prepare vegetables, meat, and other ingredients
- Portion and organize ingredients for daily kitchen use
- Wash dishes, pots, pans, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain a clean and organized prep and dishwashing area
- Assist with general kitchen cleaning
- Follow food safety and sanitation procedures
- Complete other basic kitchen duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Restaurant kitchen, food prep, or dishwashing experience preferred
- Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen
- Reliable, responsible, and willing to work as part of a team
- Able to stand for extended periods and perform routine kitchen lifting
