Kitchen Team Member Duties:

• Assist in food preparation and cooking tasks
• Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are met
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create and execute banquet menus
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with guests and addressing their needs
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment
• Help with inventory management and stock rotation

Experience:

• Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Strong communication skills to effectively work with the culinary team and interact with guests
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
