In this role, you will be an essential part of food preparation, service, and maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient kitchen environment. Whether you're assisting with cooking, food handling, or supporting guest services, your contributions will directly impact customer satisfaction and the overall success of our hospitality operation. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working in a lively, team-oriented setting. Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assist with food preparation to ensure timely service during busy hours Support cooking activities by following recipes and safety standards to deliver high-quality dishes Handle food safely by adhering to proper storage, sanitation, and hygiene procedures Serve food to guests efficiently and courteously, ensuring a positive dining experience Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in dining and kitchen areas Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Support banquet events by setting up, serving, and clearing food stations as needed Skills Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with a strong understanding of food handling procedures Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking processes Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for smooth order management Experience in banquet service, catering, or hotel hospitality is highly desirable Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests to ensure excellent customer service Strong understanding of food safety standards and sanitation practices Excellent teamwork skills combined with the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced settings Previous kitchen experience or culinary training is a plus Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail in a busy environment Join us in delivering exceptional guest experiences through energetic teamwork and culinary excellence!
