Restaurant Team Member (Cashier & Kitchen)

Responsibilities Take customer orders and process payments Prepare food and beverages Assemble and package orders Perform food prep and ingredient preparation Maintain cleanliness of both the front counter and kitchen Restock supplies and assist wherever needed Qualifications Positive attitude and strong work ethic Reliable and punctual Able to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Restaurant experience is a plus, but not required—we're happy to train the right person Must be authorized to work in the United States Schedule Full-time and Part-time positions available Flexible scheduling Weekend and evening availability preferred

Pay & Benefits Pay & Benefits Starting Pay:

$20/hour After successful completion of the probation period: Up to $23/hour based on performance Store Performance Bonus available after the probation period.
