Typical shifts are 6-8 hours Benefits 401(k) Employee discount Tips Paid training Advancement opportunities Position Overview We are hiring Restaurant Team Members for both Service and Kitchen positions. Applicants may be considered for either role based on their experience, interests, availability, and the restaurant's staffing needs. Our restaurant features an open-kitchen design, so every Team Member contributes to the guest experience. We are looking for dependable, positive, and hardworking individuals who value: Food quality Guest service Cleanliness Speed Teamwork Service Team Member Service Team Members provide fast, friendly, and accurate service throughout the Front of House. Responsibilities Greet guests and take accurate orders using the point-of-sale system. Answer menu questions and provide recommendations. Process cash, credit card, and digital payments. Organize, verify, package, and hand off completed orders. Communicate with the kitchen regarding order timing. Assist guests and manage the order-pickup area. Restock Front of House supplies. Maintain the cleanliness of the following areas: Counter Dining room Restrooms Entry area Service stations Complete assigned opening and closing duties. Kitchen Team Member Kitchen Team Members prepare, cook, and assemble menu items while maintaining quality, consistency, food safety, and speed. Because our kitchen is open to the dining room, Kitchen Team Members must maintain a clean, organized, and professional work area. Responsibilities Prepare, portion, and stock ingredients for service. Cook and assemble menu items according to company recipes. Follow food safety, sanitation, and personal hygiene standards. Keep kitchen stations clean, organized, stocked, and ready for service. Communicate with the team to maintain an efficient order flow. Assist other kitchen stations during busy periods. Monitor preparation and inventory levels. Clean equipment, utensils, dishes, and assigned work areas. Complete assigned opening and closing duties. Ability to follow recipes, procedures, and instructions. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant. Commitment to cleanliness, food safety, and guest service. Willingness to assist in other restaurant areas when needed. Previous restaurant, kitchen, retail, or customer-service experience is preferred. Kitchen experience is strongly preferred for Kitchen Team Member applicants. Availability to work assigned shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Ability to frequently bend, reach, lift, and perform repetitive movements. Ability to work around hot cooking equipment and in a fast-paced environment. Ability to safely use restaurant equipment, utensils, and cleaning tools. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 pounds.
