Duties Assist with food preparation by chopping, assembling, and organizing ingredients according to recipes and safety standards Maintain cleanliness of all kitchen areas through regular cleaning, sanitizing surfaces, and proper waste disposal Support food running and serving duties to ensure timely delivery of orders to guests Buss tables and clear dishes efficiently to uphold cleanliness and guest satisfaction Handle manual lifting and heavy lifting safely when moving supplies, equipment, or stock within the kitchen or storage areas Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and payment handling Follow food safety protocols diligently, including proper food handling, storage, and temperature control Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred but not required; training will be provided for motivated candidates Familiarity with kitchen operations, food preparation techniques, and basic cleaning procedures is advantageous Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members and interact with guests in person Ability to perform physical tasks such as heavy lifting and manual handling safely and efficiently Experience with banquet service or large-scale food events is a plus but not mandatory Demonstrated commitment to customer service excellence and hospitality standards Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to creating memorable dining moments!
