Have the chance to learn how Japanese ramen is prepared with many other dishes. Duties Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to standardized recipes and menu plans Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including slicers, mixers, ovens, and knives Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and kitchen tools to uphold food safety standards Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and prevent cross-contamination Support kitchen staff by communicating effectively about orders, timing, and ingredient needs Ensure adherence to safety standards during all stages of food production and cleaning processes Requirements Knowledge of food preparation techniques, and culinary practices Strong knife skills with proficiency in slicing techniques and ingredient portioning Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment safely and maintaining a clean work environment Experience in food service or restaurant settings demonstrating excellent food handling skills Understanding of food safety management protocols and compliance with health regulations Ability to follow recipes accurately while maintaining high-quality standards in meal preparation Effective communication skills to collaborate seamlessly with kitchen staff and supervisors Grab your chance at working for an all out Japanese restaurant.
