This role is essential in maintaining the smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring kitchen is clean to high standards while also managing dishwashing duties. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to food handling and preparation. Responsibilities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including all cooking equipment and utensils. Wash dishes, pots, pans, and kitchen tools efficiently while adhering to health and safety regulations. Support catering events and banquets as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain proper food handling practices. Help with inventory management by restocking supplies as necessary. Requirements Previous experience in a kitchen environment preferred but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is a plus. Strong teamwork skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently. A passion for culinary arts and hospitality is highly desirable. Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting heavy items.
