What You'll Dos & Responsibilities Boba & Tea Prep:

Brew fresh batches of signature teas and cook hot, fresh tapioca pearls and other toppings to perfection throughout the day

Ingredient Prep:

Chop fresh fruits, mix specialty syrups, and prepare coconut jellies, puddings, and dairy bases

Kitchen Maintenance:

Keep the kitchen area spotless, organized, and compliant with all food safety and health standards

Dishwashing & Sanitizing:

Clean pots, tea urns, utensils, and prep tools continuously to ensure continuous workflow

Inventory & Restocking:

Monitor kitchen supplies, restock the front barista line with fresh toppings and teas, and alert management when stock runs low Experience & Skills Experience Required? No experience necessary! A warm personality, a strong work ethic, and a desire to master new kitchen skills

Physical Stamina:

Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and safely lift up to 30-40 lbs (tea urns, sugar bags, milk crates)

Detail-Oriented:

Ability to follow precise recipes, timer settings, and safety/sanitation guidelines

Team-Minded:

Great communication skills and ready to support the baristas when the shop gets busy

Bonus:

Pay:

From $18.15 per hour
