Key Responsibilities:

Assist with basic food preparation (clean seafood, washing, peeling, chopping ingredients) Clean and sanitize work areas, floors, and storage spaces Help receive and store deliveries properly Dispose of trash and keep garbage areas clean Support cooks and chefs during busy service periods Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines

Qualifications & Requirements:

Previous kitchen or restaurant experience preferred but not required Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 30-50 lbs Team player with a positive attitude Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
