$16.50 per hour + tipsPOSITION SUMMARY
: The Station Attendant is responsible for friendly, efficient serving of food to guests as ordered in accordance with portion size and presentation as outlined by the chef. This position also assists with prep duties as assigned, maintains a clean and sanitized workstation, and assists with kitchen set up and clean up during every shift.Requirements:
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Maintain professional and accurate preparation and presentation of food in assigned station. Plate food as ordered by guests within portion control guidelines. Observe proper cleaning procedures and maintain an impeccably clean and orderly kitchen. Maintain a clean and orderly service, cooking and storage area. Complete prep list as assigned by chef. Clean and sanitize workstation throughout shift. Assist with kitchen clean up including taking out trash, sweeping, mopping, wiping countertops, assisting dishwasher and other duties as assigned. Comply with all Colorado State Health Codes. Adhere to all safety requirements.ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Act as a positive, professional role model, adhering to the company's hospitality standards. Maintain an exceptional level of guest service in all interaction with guests, fellow employees, and management. Other duties as assigned.SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES

Adjusting actions in relation to others' actions. Actively looking for ways to help people. Speak, read, write in English fluently.EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, AND CERTIFICATIONS
Must be at least 18 years old. High School Diploma or equivalent preferred. Prior kitchen and restaurant experience preferred.PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. Dexterity for handling knives and other kitchen equipment. Must be able to stand and walk for duration of 8+ hour shift. Reaching, bending, sitting, standing, carrying, lifting. Verbal and auditory abilities necessary for communication with others. Communicate verbally and read English.
