Job Summary We are seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Kitchen Team Members to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional food service and ensuring a high-quality dining experience for our guests. You will assist in various kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping, slicing, and mixing ingredients. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment. Follow food safety protocols to ensure the safe handling of all food products. Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with team members and guests. Support banquet operations by assisting with setup, serving, and cleanup as needed. Buss tables and assist in maintaining a clean dining environment for guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments is preferred. Kitchen experience with a focus on food preparation and cooking techniques is highly desirable. Familiarity with food handling regulations and safety practices is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with team members and customers. A background in hospitality or culinary arts is a plus, particularly for those interested in banquet service. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.
