Kitchen Support Staff

Overview We're hiring a dependable and detail-oriented Kitchen Support Team Member to join our back-of-house operations. This role is essential to maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen while supporting both the culinary and service teams. What You'll Do Dishwashing & Cleaning Wash and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans Maintain cleanliness of kitchen floors, stations, equipment, and storage areas Take out trash, recycling, and compost in accordance with health standards Follow all food safety and sanitation procedures Basic Food Prep Assist with prep tasks such as washing, peeling, chopping, and portioning ingredients Support chefs with daily prep lists and kitchen readiness Keep prep stations clean, stocked, and organized Food Running & Support Run food from kitchen to service areas as needed Assist with bussing and clearing to support service flow Help maintain a clean and efficient connection between front and back of house Inventory, Receiving & Stock Receive deliveries and verify quality and accuracy of orders Organize and rotate inventory (FIFO) Assist with stock checks and communicate low inventory levels Maintain clean, labeled, and orderly storage areas Back of House Organization Keep all kitchen and storage areas neat, safe, and efficient Ensure tools and equipment are cleaned and returned to proper locations Support overall kitchen operations and workflow Qualifications Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment Strong attention to cleanliness and organization Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods Previous kitchen or dishwashing experience is a plus, but not required Benefits Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling (day/night/weekend shifts available) Growth opportunities within the kitchen team Employee meals and staff discounts Supportive team environment Schedule Day shift Night shift Weekends required
