Responsibilities Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick and friendly service. Prepare food items efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively to support food preparation and service. Manage cash register operations, processing cash transactions and handling customer payments with precision. Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing counters, equipment, and dining areas in compliance with health regulations. Assist with retail sales transactions when needed, supporting overall store operations and customer inquiries. Experience Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred. Demonstrated knowledge of food handling, safety management, and sanitation practices within the food industry. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for processing orders and transactions. Strong time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining accuracy. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products confidently. Basic math skills for cash handling, giving accurate change, and managing sales totals. Experience operating kitchen equipment and supporting food preparation in a fast-paced environment is a plus.
