Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling ingredients, and following recipes to ensure quality standards are met Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations, including washing dishes, bussing tables, and sanitizing work areas Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and safety regulations Support the serving team by delivering prepared dishes promptly and accurately to guests or table stations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Assist with banquet setups, ensuring all food items are prepared and presented according to specifications Contribute to a positive guest experience through friendly communication and attentive service Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is highly preferred Knowledge of food handling safety practices and sanitation standards Experience with food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail Strong communication skills and a team-oriented attitude Experience in banquet service, hotel kitchens, or culinary environments is advantageous Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to various roles within the kitchen team Join us today and bring your energy, passion for food, and commitment to guest satisfaction!
