About the role We're not looking for someone to just run a line. We're looking for someone ready to run the kitchen; and put their name on it. The Happy Manatee is a fast-growing café on Anna Maria Island, and we need a Kitchen Lead who wants to grab the reins early. This isn't a "wait five years to touch the menu" job. You'll be in the kitchen from day one, building dishes people actually talk about, and helping shape our food identity as we expand into new dayparts. If you've got ideas, we want to hear them — and better yet, we want to plate them.

Pay:

$19.00 - $24.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
