Fl Juice & Bowl Llc in Jacksonville & Atlantic Beach, FL is looking for one food prep to join our team. We are located on 815 Atlantic Blvd. Our ideal candidate is attentive, punctual, and engaged. Responsibilities Set up and break down workstation Mix, wash, peel, chop, grind, strain, slice fruit, vegetables, meat Label stock and inventory all ingredients Weigh and measure ingredients to be used Wash dishes and keep kitchen organized Qualifications Experience working in BOH position Dedicated to working with a team towards one common goal Knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Be able to work both locations is preferred.
