Assist with upselling menu items to boost sales and enhance the guest experience through friendly recommendations. Manage time effectively during busy shifts to ensure quick service and smooth operations. Help with food prep tasks like chopping ingredients or assembling dishes in line with health regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or retail environments is a plus but not required. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha or Micros is beneficial. Strong communication skills and a positive attitude are essential for engaging with guests and team members. Basic math skills for cash handling, register operations, and retail math calculations. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures. Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail.
