Summary The Dining Room Maintenance Cleaning Team Member is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for our guests. This role focuses on cleanliness and sanitation throughout the restaurant, ensuring our dining areas and restrooms consistently meet Chick-fil-A's high standards. Knowledge and Experience Must be 18 years and older. Must be available to work any time between 11:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Saturday or at least Monday to Friday. Prior experience working in the customer service industry is preferred. Must be able to lift items over 25 lbs. on a daily basis and stand for long periods of time. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities (include but are not limited to) Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming dining environment by cleaning tables, chairs, floors, windows, and doors. Clean and sanitize trays, tables, and high-touch surfaces throughout the shift. Regularly empty trash bins and replace liners throughout the restaurant. Clean and sanitize restrooms to ensure our quality standards are maintained. Ensure cleanliness of the dining room, foyer, patio area, and other guest-facing areas. Restock condiment stations and restroom supplies as needed. Support the Front of House team by assisting with stocking, sanitizing, and cleaning. This involves carrying loads of 25+ lbs. on a daily basis. Follow all food safety and cleanliness procedures and ensure operational standards are met, contributing to the overall guest experience. Honors and encourages others to follow and fulfill the purpose and values of Chick-fil-A Atlantic Avenue. Fulfills any other suitable duties as assigned by the Leader or Director.
