You'll be prepping ingredients and product that supplies multiple restaurant concepts throughout the day — so speed, consistency, and attention to detail matter here. What You'll Do Execute daily prep lists accurately and on time Break down proteins, fabricate vegetables, and handle all knife work with precision Follow recipes and portioning guidelines consistently Maintain a clean, organized station throughout the shift Adhere strictly to food safety and sanitation standards Communicate with the kitchen lead on priorities and inventory needs What We're Looking For 1-2 years of kitchen or prep experience preferred Strong knife skills — comfortable with high-volume prep work Solid understanding of food safety protocols (ServSafe or equivalent a plus) Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Reliable, focused, and a team player Comfortable standing for extended periods and lifting up to 50 lbs Bilingual English/Spanish a plus Compensation Competitive hourly pay based on experience Opportunity to grow within a multi-concept kitchen operation
