Kitchen Team Member - Food Truck Splash RV Resort - Milton, FL Join our growing team at Splash RV Resort! We are looking for a Kitchen Team Member to work in our on site food truck serving a simple, guest favorite menu and assisting with catering and resort events. Key Details Pay starts at $15.00 per hour plus tip share. Tip share adds approximately $4 to $8 per hour to your base pay. Full time or part time. Open availability is required, including weekday mornings, weekends, and holidays. Previous food service experience is required. This role often requires working independently, so staying productive and self motivated is crucial, and you must also work well as part of a team during busy periods and events. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and work area. Manage prep lists, stock levels, and supply needs. Operate efficiently while working alone or with limited supervision. Work together with teammates to keep service moving during peak times. Provide friendly, professional service during resort hours, events, and catering functions. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Experience and Requirements Previous restaurant, cafe, or food truck experience is required. Open availability. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively when working solo. Knowledge of basic kitchen operations and food preparation. Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency. Positive attitude and ability to work well with a team.
