Duties Assist in food preparation by chopping, assembling, and plating dishes according to established standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including washing dishes, sanitizing surfaces, and disposing of waste properly Support cooking processes by following recipes and safety guidelines to ensure consistent quality Handle food safely by adhering to proper food handling procedures and maintaining hygiene standards Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for order processing and transactions Assist with bussing tables and clearing dining areas to support smooth restaurant operations Support banquet setups and service to ensure timely delivery of meals for events or large groups Experience Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is highly preferred Familiarity with food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards Experience with cooking, food preparation, or culinary tasks is advantageous Knowledge of POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS enhances efficiency in order processing Prior banquet service or hotel kitchen experience is a plus Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and guests Demonstrated commitment to guest services, hospitality, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety Embark on a rewarding journey in the culinary world where your skills make a difference!
