Job Summary General Utility Worker - Up to $20.40/hr to Start + Long-Term Growth TK Oriental Fine Foods , a 25-year established catering and food production company in South Florida, is looking for a reliable, hands-on, and flexible General Utility Worker to support our daily operations. This is a multi-purpose support position for someone who is willing to step in wherever needed, including kitchen support, food prep, packing, delivery assistance, setup, cleanup, light maintenance, and general operational support. Compensation & Growth Starting earning potential: up to $20.40/hour Base pay: $17/hour Plus up to 20% Standard Performance Bonus The full bonus can be earned by consistently meeting normal job expectations, including attendance, reliability, following instructions, and completing assigned duties. This is not a sales-based bonus and is not tied to company revenue. There is also a clear long-term growth path, with hourly pay increasing based on skills, versatility, reliability, responsibility, and length of service. Strong employees may progress toward $20-$25/hour over time. Long-Term Retention Bonus Program We reward employees who grow with the company. Eligible employees may participate in a long-term Retention / Loyalty Bonus Program , with bonus potential increasing based on continuous service.

Typical structure may include:
