Job Overview Join our dynamic kitchen team as a Kitchen Staff member and be a vital part of delivering exceptional dining experiences! In this energetic role, you will support food preparation, maintain cleanliness, assist with food running and serving, and ensure smooth kitchen operations. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create a welcoming environment for guests and contribute to the overall success of our hospitality team. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your culinary skills while working in a fast-paced, lively setting. Responsibilities Assist with food preparation, ensuring all dishes meet quality standards and safety regulations Maintain cleanliness by cleaning workstations, utensils, and kitchen equipment regularly Handle manual tasks such as heavy lifting and safe lifting practices when moving supplies or equipment Requirements Previous Line Cook experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality is preferred. Knowledge of food handling, safety procedures, and basic food preparation techniques Ability to perform manual handling tasks including heavy lifting with safe lifting practices Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus Familiarity with cleaning routines, bussing, and maintaining a sanitary work environment Availability to work flexible hours in a fast-paced setting Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding guest experiences!
