Your future starts here—walk in for an interview any Tuesday between 11 AM and 3 PM at 800 Cypress Dr, Pembroke Pines, FL 33025! Position Description Are you dependable, hardworking, and ready to make an impact behind the scenes? As a Utility Worker, you'll play an essential role in keeping our hospital's kitchen safe, clean, and well-stocked so that quality meals reach the individuals we serve. Working as part of the food service team, you'll help create a safe and supportive environment while gaining valuable experience in healthcare food services. What You'll Do As a Utility Worker, you'll keep the kitchen and dining operations running smoothly by cleaning pots, pans, trays, and equipment, managing trash removal, and ensuring storage areas, coolers, and freezers are organized and sanitary. You'll support daily food service by stocking and rotating supplies, assisting with deliveries, and maintaining a safe and clean work environment. You'll also deliver food to offsite catering contracts and report any important updates to the Food Service Supervisor. In this role, you'll collaborate with your team, follow infection control standards, and respect cultural diversity when supporting the needs of individuals served.

High school diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Prior institutional or residential food service training preferred
Licensing/Certifications:
