Plant-Based Bakery & Dessert Prep Dina's Deli & Desserts is looking for someone who loves food, enjoys working with their hands, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You'll help prepare our plant-based desserts and bakery items. Baking experience is a plus, but it is not required. We can teach you our recipes and methods. What's harder to teach—and what matters most to us—is attention to detail, common sense, consistency, and a genuine love of food. We're looking for someone who: Pays close attention to measurements, recipes and instructions Is precise and consistent—baking requires accuracy! Enjoys cooking, baking and working with food Has good common sense and can stay focused Notices when something doesn't look, taste or feel right Keeps their workspace clean and organized Can follow recipes exactly while learning our methods Works efficiently without sacrificing quality Is dependable and works well with a small team Can stand and work on their feet for extended periods Is comfortable with the physical demands of a busy kitchen You'll be making 100% plant-based desserts and bakery items , and we'll provide training on our recipes.
