00 P.M Qualifications Proven experience in food preparation and cooking within a restaurant or kitchen environment Strong food handling and service skills Familiarity with culinary techniques and knife skills Background in the food industry Experience in catering and plating Knowledge of Health Department practices and safety regulations Summary As a Back of House team member at Son of a Biscuits!, you will be essential in maintaining the kitchen's, cleanliness, efficiency, and quality of food service. Reporting to the Kitchen Manager, your core skills in food preparation, cooking, and food handling will ensure that meals are prepared safely and to the highest standards. With additional experience in catering and knowledge of food safety practices, you will help create a positive dining experience for our guests in a fast-paced environment.Job Types:
