Hiring Event Wednesday, September 23, 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM 630 Buford Dr., Lawrenceville, GA 30046 Walk-ins welcome. Open Positions Crew Member / Cashier Be the friendly face of Pollo Campero. You'll greet guests, take and process orders, handle cash, make sure every order is accurate, and keep the dining area clean and welcoming. Expediter Keep orders moving. You'll prepare and package orders, support food prep, coordinate with the kitchen team, and help maintain speed of service, food quality, and cleanliness. Cook Bring the food to life. You'll prepare menu items to recipe and company standards, monitor food quality, follow food safety and sanitation practices, and keep the kitchen clean and organized. What We're Looking For Must be 18 years or older Restaurant or customer service experience preferred Friendly, dependable, and team-oriented Strong communication skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
